Biggest Loser
The Biggest Loser contestants will have 12
weeks to compete for the highest weight loss percentage from their starting
weight. Although it is a competition, this group is more focused on creating a
supporting and encouraging environment for each other as they go after their
personal fitness goals. The Biggest Loser goes through April 1. Anyone is welcome to join. Weigh ins are on Sunday morning and are confidential. If you like to join the Biggest Loser or would like more information, please email Stacie Holt or contact the church office.

their fitness journey:
Fleetly- An app available for smart phones
that tosses in that extra kick of competition some of us need for motivation.
In this program you can join your friends as you all log your workouts and get
points for each one. You’ll be able to see who’s ahead…and consequently, who
you need to beat!
Lose it! - An app and online program to help you track your caloric intake. Whether on an iPhone or IOS device or just on the web, this program can help you lose weight.
My Fitness Pal- This is an
online program that helps you track your food intake and exercise. Through
this, you’ll be able to determine how your exercise is interacting with the
amount of calories you consume. You can also add your friends so there’s
accountability for your food and exercise habits.
Couch to 5k- We’re running the Go! St. Louis
5k race and this website offers a plan to get your couch potato self shaped up
to run a 5k race! It sounds daunting, but you can do it!
